Join us for a five-course seasonal tasting experience, celebrating the purity of our coastal home. Sustainably grown and sourced food that weaves a story of our wine and place, delivered with warmth, generosity and finesse.
BUDBREAK
Spring welcomes budbreak, vigorous growth, and the first flowers on the vines. The vineyard bursts with new life as buds form into leaves and tendrils. Bees, lacewings, spiders and ladybirds move quietly through the foliage, enriching the land’s precious biodiversity.
Colourful cover crops bloom, competing for water and balancing soil moisture after winter rains. As they decay, they return nutrients to the soil. This youthful abundance inspires our seasonal menu, showcasing locally-sourced produce in celebration of our organically-farmed wines.
Our menu is $170 for food only and $250 with paired wines.
