FRUIT SET
As the sun’s rays grow longer and the spring rains ease, summer settles in. Warmth fills the land, urging fledglings to leave their nests, while flowers unfurl across the valley. Light breezes offer relief from the afternoon heat.
In the vineyard, shoots create a dense canopy, hiding tiny new berries that will become next year’s harvest. It’s a time of vibrant transformation – the hum that sets the rhythm of vintage and inspires our wine-driven seasonal menu, featuring the best produce from our ocean, paddocks and gardens.
Our menu is $170 for food only and $250 with paired wines.
