From garden to plate
Planted in November 2014, our bountiful kitchen garden keeps the path from picking to plate as short as can be. The growing and harvesting of seasonal local produce provides daily inspiration for our evolving Voyager restaurant menu. And what doesn’t come from our own property will come from the gardens of Mario a few kilometres down the road in Karridale, Deborah in Rosa Glen and a small collection of other local growers with whom our Head Chef, Santi, has formed close relationships with. These growers provide the freshest seasonal produce within the closest possible distance to Voyager Estate.
