A salute to our food and wine of place, the Terroir Menu is our shorter degustation menu over 4-courses. You have the chance to add our recommended wine pairings, or select your wine on the day with a glass or linger over a bottle. Four-course choice menu for $100.

Santi, born in a small Spanish fishing village in Galicia, fell in love with Margaret River on his first visit. He's dedicated to showcasing the best of our pristine coastal region, sourcing seasonal, local ingredients to create true food du terroir.
