Dinner With Tim | Sydney

Join our Chief Winemaker, Tim Shand, at the Woollahra Hotel on Thursday, 27th August for a relaxed evening with Voyager Estate.

Tim will be armed with his favourite bottles from the Voyager cellar – wines with an indelible sense of provenance – opening them alongside conversations that drift from our vineyard to the table.

Over generous food, curious company and a few old treasures with a story to tell, the night unfolds around one of life's great joys – exploring the wonders of wine with like-minded friends.

This is a casual evening, so we kindly ask that you RSVP and purchase a meal from the menu. Tim will be pouring special Voyager bottles at no cost to guests.
