REGIONAL RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR

2025 Winner

"It’s among the biggest fine-dining names in the South West, and the incremental changes at Voyager Estate over the past several years have only seen its star rise further and further. Although its strong reputation amongst the traditional wine fraternity has always garnered attention, the move to organic vineyard practices and the resulting years-long farm project that will see a greater degree of hyper-locality are other key elements that make it our regional pick.

The creativity and interweaving of the estate – the vineyards and their output – is all clear in the experience. A restaurant that’s not only imbued with a sense of place but holds immense respect for it."
