The Fold Wine Club | Terms & Conditions
We endeavour to make your membership of The Fold Wine Club as flexible and enjoyable as possible. Before joining, please take note of the key terms of membership below. - Your first Fold Wine Club delivery is shipped upon joining. Subsequent deliveries are shipped approximately every three months from the date of joining.
- You may cancel, skip or delay your Fold Wine Club deliveries at any time, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your next order is processed. No fees or penalties apply. To cancel, skip or delay a delivery, please contact us on (08) 9757 6354 or at thefold@voyagerestate.com.au
- You may change your wine selection with each delivery. A reminder email will be sent prior to processing, including the date by which any wine selection changes must be received. Your current wine selection will remain in place until you advise us otherwise.
- We keep your payment details strictly confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your nominated payment method will be charged prior to your order being dispatched.
- To ensure your order is processed correctly, any changes to your address, delivery instructions or payment details should be provided at least 24 hours before your next order is processed. These changes may be made through your Fold member account or by contacting us at thefold@voyagerestate.com.au or (08) 9757 6354.
- We endeavour to supply your selected wines and preferred vintages; however, availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of processing. If a selected wine is unavailable, we may substitute it with a comparable wine and update your selection accordingly. You will be notified of any substitutions prior to processing and may amend your selection before your order is finalised.
- Wine prices and membership benefits are subject to change from time to time at Voyager Estate's discretion.
- Membership is available only to persons aged 18 years or over.
