WINE-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
You must be 18 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Voyager Estate. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 18 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Voyager Estate are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
MINIMUM PURCHASE
No minimum purchase is required.
SHIPPING
Australia Post is Voyager Estate's carrier of choice. Where Authority to Leave is requested, delivery will be subject to Australia Post’s discretion and assessment of whether the delivery location is safe
WINE IS A DELICATE COMMODITY
Wine is a perishable product. Exposure to extreme temperatures, including hot summer conditions or cold winter weather, Voyager Estate is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the carrier, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
