The Discovery Menu is our signature degustation experience. Each course is inspired by one of our wines, and celebrates pristine local produce, the progress of the vines and the nuances of each season.
Our current Discovery Menu is titled 'BACCA' (Latin [BAK-UH] meaning Berry) with Chef Santiago Fernandez paying tribute to the late summer harvest season.
$140 seven-course degustation
$220 including full wine pairing or $180 with wine flight pairing
A salute to our food and wine of place, the Terroir Menu is our shorter choice menu, allowing you to curate your own experience over four courses.

As our menus are a journey of discovery, we recommend you view the menu in advance but if you can't wait, take a sneak peek by clicking on the menu names above. Please note, our menus change every two months so this one may not be the one presented to you on the day of your visit.
We also have a vegetarian and children's menu available.
Every attempt is made to cater for dietary requirements if informed in advance. Unfortunately some dietaries can't be accommodated without without prior notice so please email or phone through all food allergies, intolerances and dislikes.
The Restaurant is open from 11.30am daily, except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Good Friday.
