The winter menu is one of our favourites yet and we are thrilled The West Australian Good Food Guide’s editor, Rob Broadfield agrees. With a score of 18 / 20, equal only to Wildflower, Head Chef Santi’s Catalan-inspired marron, chicken and XO sauce dish was celebrated as “the best dish in WA”.
Rob experienced our popular seven-course Discovery menu, created to share stories of our vineyards, winemaking and vintage seasons through locally sourced cuisine, the story of our single-estate wines and our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
Food trends come and go and the degustation dining concept is no stranger to foodie fashion. We unapologetically champion wine-paired menus and Santi and his team have evolved the dining experience through this dedicated focus.
