Travel writer for the West Australian, Gemma Nisbet, went on our Estate Tour recently, and shared her experience in the weekend newspaper.
She had the chance to taste wine straight from the barrel, as our guide for the day, Rhianna, explained that the barrels are topped up every three to four weeks as the wine that evaporates is affectionately known as the “angel’s share”.
