A bright, vibrant and complex wine displaying fresh, crunchy fruit with a fine acid line and a clean, crisp finish. The textural palate exhibits flavours of citrus, gooseberry and tropical fruit with hints of spice. Nuances of dill and fennel add a nice savoury element, complementing the finish of the wine.
Fresh goat's or sheep's cheeses, with their natural acidity, will highlight complex fruit character of this wine, which is also great with fish or vegetarian dishes.
