CALLING ALL TALENT FOR VINTAGE STOMP
To celebrate the end of grape harvest, Voyager Estate invites visitors and locals to join in the festivity and merriment of the annual Vintage Stomp on Sunday 2 May.
This year’s American-themed event promises to be the biggest to date , with a Grand Parade led by the four-metre high God of wine Bacchus, along with the Corvette, Mustang and Cadillac Car Clubs, the Gnarleygromarley surf legend and more.
Vintage Stomp Event Manager Miriam Avery says, “We are inviting all community groups to get involved in this fun-filled local celebration and join the parade or put on a show.”
“Whether it’s jive dancers, rock ‘n’ rollers, baton twirlers, dancers or skate boarders, Margaret River’s talented creative groups will make the day even more special.”
The Vintage Stomp will feature a market for artists, craftsmen and local producers to showcase their wares, with stalls costing a nominal fee.
Any profit made from the Vintage Stomp will go directly to support the community of Margaret River.
