Places to Eat

MUST MARGARET RIVER

Open 7 days, 12 noon until late.

Opened January 2009 is Russell Blaikie's second Must Winebar venture, this time in Margaret River. Similar in style to it's Perth sister, with a bistro, private dining room, bar plus the additional bonus of accommodation suites. Must Margaret River lists the A – Z of all wine producers in the region, a top 50 from the region and a further 500 wines from around the country and the rest of the world.

Head Chef Chris Cheong, who has worked under Blaikie since 2001 is making the most of local produce and his purpose built meat aging cellar. You can sneak a peak into the kitchen through the cellar where cuts of beef hang until they are drawn down and portioned for service.

Must Margaret River is  centrally located in the heart of Margaret River Township. You are within walking distance of a great range  of food and beverage options as well as Must Margaret River's wine bar and bistro. The Must accommodation has  three spacious suites all comfortably appointed.
