FROM GARDEN, TO PLATE

From garden to plate

Planted in November 2014, our bountiful kitchen garden keeps the path from picking to plate as short as can be. The growing and harvesting of seasonal local produce provides daily inspiration for our evolving Voyager restaurant menu. And what doesn’t come from our own property will come from the gardens of Mario a few kilometres down the road in Karridale, Deborah in Rosa Glen and a small collection of other local growers with whom our culinary team have formed close relationships. These growers provide the freshest seasonal produce within the closest possible distance to Voyager Estate.

WORKING IN HARMONY WITH OUR NATURAL LANDSCAPE.

We invite visitors from around the world to find an extra hour to stroll in our gardens. Our cellar door and surrounding buildings were inspired by the original Cape Dutch farmsteads of South Africa and are complemented by the native landscape surrounding our vineyards.
